What you should know
Staff were friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. The views from my room were nice and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations.
The noise from street traffic was noticeable at times and the restaurant can be crowded, leading to waits for breakfast tables.

The room offered excellent comfort with a plush king bed and an efficient heating unit that kept things cozy. A welcomed feature was the clean spaces paired with a furnished bathroom that included quality amenities.
The pool area could definitely use improvement. The water was uncomfortably cold, and drink service around it was non-existent, despite a few staff members wandering without engaging guests. The breakfast spread, while decent, lacked variety-just the basics without anything that stood out, and the coffee left much to be desired.

The hotel is quirky and clean with modern design and a small restaurant. Also, the location is wonderful and handy, minutes from Plaza Foch. It's in a very nicely decorated building in the very very nice area.

The spacious Superior King Suite was clean and well-appointed. The staff were attentive, particularly Andrea, who arranged our airport pickup- a stress-free way to arrive. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of delicious options. Occasional street noise and limited room temperature control could be improved.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with cooked to order eggs as an option and the pool was heated. The location was great, to a great restaurant called Achiote, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, we were close enough to Hop Off bus stop and park, local market and restaurants...
